Job Summary

• Understand who our customers are and what our customers expect of us.
• Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
• Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
• Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
• Under the direction of an ER Charge Nurse, the ER Tech will assist patients and families into assigned treatment rooms, perform vital signs and other duties as assigned, within the scope of practice.

Colorado Emergency Medical Technician- Basic or B+ or National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic. IV certification required or Intermediate – CO EMT

Education

High school graduate or equivalent. 

Experience

EMT-B or EMT-B+.
