Job Summary

Licensure

<span style="font-family:"Univers",sans-serif">Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred.

Education

<span style="font-family:"Univers",sans-serif">Master’s in Social Work (MSW) required

Experience

<span style="font-family:"Univers",sans-serif">1-3 years experience in a hospital/clinic setting, working directly with patients, families, caregivers, etc., knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance guidelines and case management experience preferred.
